Acute Design provide roof & floor design services. We provide fast, reliable, accurate and efficient designs for truss & joist fabricators. We can also provide consultation for builders, architects and engineers.

Our primary field of expertise is in Roof Truss design. We can provide either a drafting service only, or a fully engineered service. Production details can be provided for use with the Mitek system and full calculations can be provided for both BS5268 & EC5.

We are also specialists in I Joist design, for both roof & Floors. We primarily work with FJI/Kerto (Metsawood products) but can provide guidance and/or a drafting service for other I Joist systems.

In addition to high quality drawings and to assist site in visualing complex roof designs, we can provide a 3d roof model that can be viewed online in a web browser. We can also export our 3D model in a variety of revit compatible formats.

We can undertake projects of any sizes & any complexity. We have worked on numerous projects for both housing & commercial customers. Previous work includes projects for national house builders, Commercial developments, MOD projects & schools.

Where necessary, we can work to very tight time scales (this may incur an additional fee & is subject to availability & design capacity).
